What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, subject, inquiry type and message. We do not ask for sensitive personal data — please do not include it in your message.
Why we use it
Solely to read and respond to your inquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering messages sent to us, or steps you request before joining or collaborating with us (GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and (b)).
Who sees it
Only authorised members of the association who handle correspondence. Messages are stored with our website hosting and database providers, who act as processors on our behalf. We never sell or share your data for marketing.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to deal with your inquiry and, in any case, no longer than 24 months, unless a longer period is legally required.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, object to its processing, or ask for portability. Contact us via the contact form selecting "Privacy Inquiry". You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
