Organizational structure
The association is governed by its members. The General Assembly of members is its highest body, and day-to-day management is entrusted to an elected board in line with the association's statutes and Greek law on associations.
General Assembly
All members in good standing may attend and vote. The Assembly elects the board, approves the annual activity report and accounts, and decides on matters reserved to it by the statutes.
The board
The board includes the officer roles defined in the statutes — such as President, Secretary and Treasurer — and other elected members. Officers are elected by the members and serve for the term the statutes set. The names of current officers will be published here once confirmed by the association.
Decision-making and oversight
- Decisions are taken at minuted meetings.
- Spending is authorised by the board and reported to the General Assembly.
- Members may ask to see the minutes and accounts that concern them.
Accountability
Each year the board reports to members on what was done, what was spent and what is planned. See our transparency page.
